Home Renovations Across Ireland
Whole-home renovation projects covering planning, structural work, registered trades and finishes across Ireland.
Renovating a whole home — or even a few rooms — means coordinating a dozen trades in the right order. We manage all of it: strip-out, structural works, plumbing, registered electrical and gas trades, tiling, flooring, carpentry and decoration. Older Irish homes love to hide surprises behind the plaster; we survey hard upfront, recommend a sensible contingency, and tell you straight when we find something.

Minimum advertised price
From €799/m²
The advertised ‘from’ price is the minimum for a small, straightforward scope. It is not a typical price for a full renovation. The final written quote depends on measurements, preparation, materials, access and the agreed specification.
Our process
Free consultation & survey
We walk the property with you, discuss scope and budget honestly, and identify risks early.
Scope, quote & programme
The proposal records the included work, exclusions, client dependencies and an expected sequence.
Strip-out & structural
The agreed demolition, disposal, openings and structural work are completed to the project scope.
Services first fix
Plumbing, heating and wiring responsibilities are identified before finishes close the work up.
Finishes
Plastering, tiling, flooring, carpentry, kitchens and bathrooms — sequenced so trades never trip over each other.
Snag & handover
Joint inspection, full clean-down and the relevant agreed documentation.
Local pages with customer evidence
We publish a separate city page when there is verified local evidence for that area.

AfterFrequently asked questions
Home renovation work starts from €799/m². The final written quote depends on the property condition, scope, services, materials and finishes.
Existing wiring, pipework, damp, ventilation, insulation and structure can change the scope. A survey reduces uncertainty, but concealed conditions may only become visible after work begins.
Describe every room and trade in the enquiry. The written proposal should identify what is included, excluded and assigned to regulated contractors.
That depends on the property and proposed work. Planning status should be checked with the local authority or a suitably qualified adviser before relying on an exemption.
