Three scopes, a price on each, and a written list of what is in and what is out — all priced below the published Irish market range for the same work. Pick the one that matches your room; the survey confirms it before anything is ordered.
The advertised ‘from’ price is the minimum for a small, straightforward scope. It is not a typical price for a full renovation. The final written quote depends on measurements, preparation, materials, access and the agreed specification. Package prices assume reasonable access, a sound structure and the selections staying within the agreed allowance.
On the timings: 5–7 working days is WEPRO's confirmed programme for a standard bathroom renovation — the same figure customers describe in the published reviews (“the whole thing took 6 days”, “finished the job in less than a week”). Premium covers wet rooms, underfloor heating and stone, so its programme is set at survey rather than advertised as a number nobody has stood over.
Four steps between sending your details and getting the room back.
1. Survey and measured scope
A visit — or a video walk-through for a straightforward room — to measure, check the substrate, the pipework and the access, and confirm which package the room actually needs. If a smaller scope will do, you get told that.
2. Fixed written quote and selections
The package is priced against the measured room, with inclusions, exclusions and any extras listed line by line. Tiles, sanitaryware and brassware are chosen against the package allowance before anything is ordered.
3. Dates locked, materials ordered
A start date and a completion date go in writing, materials are ordered against the agreed selections, and you are told exactly how long the room is out of use before the first day of work.
4. Build, snag and handover
One project manager, registered contractors for electrical and gas work where required, the site cleaned down daily, then a snag walk-through and handover with the guarantee terms in writing.
Book your package
Name, phone and Eircode. WEPRO calls back to confirm the room, book the survey and put the fixed price in writing — no obligation until you sign the quote.
The package price is fixed against the scope in the written quote, once the room has been measured and the selections agreed. It changes only if you change the scope, or if something concealed turns up after strip-out — and in that case it is priced and approved by you before any of it is carried out.
5–7 working days for a standard bathroom, which is the programme WEPRO works to and what customers describe in the reviews on this site. The Premium package covers wet rooms, underfloor heating and large-format or stone finishes, where the waterproofing cure and the setting-out add time — that programme is confirmed in the written scope after the survey, with a start date and a completion date, rather than guessed at here.
Essential if the layout stays and the room is sound. Standard if you want the room rebuilt properly with floor-to-ceiling tiling and a tanked walk-in shower — that is the one most family bathrooms need. Premium for level-access wet rooms, large-format porcelain and underfloor heating. If the survey shows you picked one tier too high, you get moved down.
Structural alterations, drainage work outside the room, window replacement and anything hidden behind a wall or floor until strip-out. Each package lists its own exclusions above, and the written quote repeats them so nothing is assumed.
Either way works. Each package carries a materials allowance; you can choose within it, or supply your own products and have the allowance removed from the price. Anything above the allowance is quoted as a separate line rather than buried in the total.
Then it is priced per project. WEPRO bathroom work starts from €1,499 for a small, straightforward scope, and the packages above exist because most rooms need more than that. The advertised ‘from’ price is the minimum for a small, straightforward scope. It is not a typical price for a full renovation. The final written quote depends on measurements, preparation, materials, access and the agreed specification.
They are not cheaper by cutting the job down. The market ranges shown on this page are other Irish contractors' own published 2026 figures, checked on 21 August 2026; WEPRO's range is set 10% under them, and every inclusion and exclusion is written out above so you can check the two quotes cover the same work. If a cheaper quote elsewhere leaves out waterproofing, disposal or the electrical scope, it is not the same job.
Yes. WEPRO is based in Tralee and works across Ireland. Include your Eircode with the enquiry so travel and scheduling can be planned before a survey is booked.
