Enquire about Project LeadBuilding with WEPRO? On Package 3, 50% of the design fee is credited against the build invoice for WEPRO works over €8,000. Your written quote confirms the qualifying value, VAT and credit.
For three or more rooms, ask for a 10–15% multi-room discount. We confirm the rooms, minimums and discount in a written quote. A larger full-home Project Lead appointment may instead be quoted at 10% of the agreed works value if higher than the area-based fee; we show both calculations before you book.

Concept provides the layout, visual direction and PDF pack. Schedule adds specifications, quantities and indicative prices. Project Lead adds the agreed ordering, coordination and site checks.
Materials and labour are separate costs. Packages do not include structural engineering, planning applications, BCAR drawings or certification. Furniture procurement and soft furnishings are extra unless included in your quote. Electrical and plumbing notes support the brief; the relevant qualified trades must confirm installation requirements on site.
Merchant prices can change. Changes after sign-off, extra visits and specialist reports are agreed and priced before additional work proceeds.
The design agreement confirms what WEPRO delivers. If WEPRO also builds, a separate works quote sets the construction scope and workmanship guarantee.

For homeowners planning a bathroom or kitchen, landlords coordinating a refurbishment, and families adapting a home for access. Start with one room or agree a sequence for the whole house.
We use the floor area of each room, with a minimum per room. Bathrooms, ensuites, WCs, wet rooms and utility rooms with plumbing have a higher minimum. Kitchens use the standard minimum. An open-plan kitchen, living and dining space counts as one area. For several separate rooms, we calculate each room before agreeing any discount.
Yes. Packages 1 and 2 provide a PDF pack you can give to another builder. WEPRO remains responsible for the design services and deliverables in the agreed scope. A builder you appoint directly under a separate contract is responsible for their construction work. Design-only packages do not include supervising that builder or guaranteeing their workmanship. Tell us if there is a problem with our design so we can assess it and provide any remedy required by law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
The design agreement sets out our design and coordination responsibilities. The separate works contract sets out the building scope and applicable workmanship guarantee, including any exclusions and maintenance requirements. The 10-year guarantee advertised for WEPRO building work is subject to those project-specific terms; it is not a blanket guarantee on a design pack or another contractor’s work.
For Design + Project Lead, 50% of the design fee is credited against the build invoice when WEPRO carries out an agreed works contract over €8,000. The written design and works quotes confirm the qualifying works value, VAT treatment and credit before you book. Materials and construction are paid for separately.
We can prepare a layout and itemised schedule for the agreed brief, including any occupational therapist’s recommendations. The homeowner applies for the grant and the local authority decides eligibility and approval. Drawings do not guarantee funding or replace an occupational therapist, engineer or any required certification.
Concept Design usually takes 7–10 working days after the brief and measurements are agreed; Design + Schedule takes 10–14. Concept includes one layout and a second option if the first does not work. Agree the revision scope before booking. Changes after design sign-off are quoted separately. Site work starts on a separately agreed programme.
Yes. WEPRO is based in Tralee. Package travel within Kerry, Cork and Limerick is included. For other counties, allow €147.60–€221.40 including VAT (€120–€180 excluding VAT), confirmed before booking. Additional visits beyond the agreed package are €147.60 including VAT (€120 excluding VAT) each.
