Tiling & grouting
Precision setting-out, consistent joints, clean cuts around fittings, then grouting and sealing.
Final inspection & handover

Tiling starts from €34/m². Preparation, removal, waterproofing, patterns, tile type and access are assessed separately in the written scope.
Include the tile specification and quantity in the enquiry. Size, calibre, slip rating, porosity, substrate and waste allowance need to be checked before the fixing scope is agreed.
WEPRO Renovations provides a 10-year guarantee. The exact project-specific terms are included with the written quote; separate manufacturer warranties depend on the products selected.
Only after the existing finish, bond, levels, added weight and finished heights are assessed. Removing the old finish may be the safer scope where the substrate cannot be verified.
They can require tighter substrate tolerances, specific adhesives, handling and sealing. The product and substrate specifications should be agreed before installation.
